“You should not be advertising for Express Delivery without having knowledge of the present situation. At this stage and time- there is no such thing as an Express Delivery- which Yellow Octopus has sold out on. Suggests removing this from the website.”

Sadly with the extended lockdown in Melbourne, all parcels, including express post, are facing heavy delays with express postage taking 3-5 business days to be delivered. “I purchased gifts for my father's 80th birthday. As I am in Melbourne and my father lives regionally we could not see each other due to lockdown. I am so grateful that I was able to organise beautiful, personalised (and funny) gifts that made dad's day special. In particular, the ability to purchase and send a personalised printed card was wonderful. Delivery was quick (there in plenty of time before his birthday) and the gifts are good quality. I would highly recommend Yellow Octopus and am so pleased that I discovered this company!”

“The item I purchased was great, exactly what I ordered, good quality and thankfully not damaged. The outer packaging arrived a little worse for wear, ripped open along an edge exposing the inner packaging and item. Since the item was a little expensive my only suggestion to make this a 5-star review would be if you would look to invest a little more money into packaging.”
