Due to Covid and Christmas demands on packages, mine was delayed by a few days. It still arrived before Christmas but was missing a couple of things so hoping it will be rectified.

Dear Yellow Octopus Folk, Glad I found you - you have interesting items. I also appreciated your personal reply to my initial email. But I have feedback I hope is useful (and explains my rating): Perhaps consider the item more carefully when you pack it. The Knight Beanies I bought arrived with the characteristic "ridge" on top bent in 3 places due to the way they had been packaged. I had to devise a system to straigten them out, especially the important front and end points, so they looked like a proper knight's beanie. Some rigid packing material to retain the advertised appearance of the items would have been better. I am, nontheless, happy with my purchase. Thanks, Annie Brink

Compass was great,thank you ,everything I expected,box however was very poor quality,felt lining poorly cut & glued but the worse thing was you couldn’t open the box without a major struggle or knife‼️It was truely ridiculous,I was unable to present this 21st birthday gift in the box, fearing after a wrestling match with the box the compass would fly out .

The product arrived quickly and was as described. However, the first day we used it, the wire broke and now it is a patched-up version of what we bought,with knots and blue tack. We now expect things made in China to be low quality, so ate not surprised. I don't have the time or energy to chase a replacement.

Everything just like the picture, arrive on time BUT the gift arrive with lot of dust , maybe clean the products before sending will be nice.

I still have not received my package. At last report it has been awaiting clearance in LosAngeles for the past 10 days. While I love your products, not a great idea to order out of the country during a pandemic 🙁

Sorry it took longer to get from Melbourne to the Central Coast than a package I ordered from Europe, cutting things very fine. Saying that the pub quiz game was as good as I thought.

Dino case much smaller than expected. Photos of the item are very deceiving and make it look a lot bigger than it really is. I should’ve paid more attention to the dimensions in item description. Quality of product is very good though and excellent service, received within 24 hours.
