The product was as to be expected but paid for express shipping and still took 10 days to arrive

Ordered early as part of a Christmas present , I live in Melbourne and expected to get my purchase pretty quickly, but unfortunately it was sent interstate, why I can’t explain. I understand that once the product has been shipped it is out of yellow octopus control, you guys have been very good at giving me a refund , but was so looking forward to being able to give this as part of a present. Disappointed but not your fault. Leslie Nankivell.

The majority of our order was excellent, however, we had two items missing and weren’t notified of this. I emailed to ask and was advised the two items were no longer available and we would receive a refund. Really disappointing as these were gifts and there was no communication about the items not being in our order.

Received item and it worked for five minutes before suddenly stopping. Contacted customer support who were very responsive and quickly sent out a replacement. Replacement arrived and lasted 2days before it stopped working as well. I don’t think it was their fault the item was bad quality. But the customer support was great

I was pleased with the items I purchased. However, I really wanted a greeting card. I created the greeting card- added photos and text, and when I wanted to proceed to pay, only then it notified me that the greeting cards were out of stock. I wish that I was informed beforehand.

I brought a clock, make sure you read ( I didn't ) how big it is. Sad to say I was very disappointed. Its my fault not the seller. Its a beautiful clock but far far to small. It came on time, happy to say my husband still like it ( or he is just being nice )it was for our 45th wedding anniversary & he loves boats. So I thought it would be a nice gift. It is lovely but far to small, again my fault.

I put my name on the list to be informed when a product out of stock was restocked however I did not receive notification. This was disappointing and I happened to be looking again on the website and saw the product was back in stock.

I'm in the UK. Bought gifts for family in Australia. Think they're pleased with gifts, but as you major on gifts, wouldn't it be a good idea to offer gift wrapping and cards too? If you do, couldn't locate that choice on your website. In the flurry of Christmas my note saying please don't open package till the day wasn't read and so they were faced with three gifts without knowing who they were for.
