I understand the delay in postage given the current restrictions in Victoria. However, the personalised card I purchased with my gift did not arrive. Instead someone elses's card was included in the gift. I have phoned and have been assured that the correct cards will be sent express post. As this was a gift, its quite embarrassing to have the wrong card arrive with the gift. Also be offered to either be refunded or resend the correct card seems insufficient for a pretty significant error. Im not sure that I would recommend this service or use it again

Amazing shop and during COVID 19 restrictions were still able to send my products so promptly and no delays in receiving through mail. Thank you we have a special little one year old ecstatic with her giant unicorn sprinkler. Best ever service 🀩πŸ₯³πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

I still have not received my package. At last report it has been awaiting clearance in LosAngeles for the past 10 days. While I love your products, not a great idea to order out of the country during a pandemic πŸ™
