my parcel was in their delivery depot for 3 days before it got to my house, and still they couldn't provide an accurate time for when it was going to get delivered. their live chat support kept saying it would be delivered on the day it was meant to arrive, and when i contacted the day after the support agent literally said "wow thats odd" as if this doesn't happen to other people.

The parcel was set for urgent delivery and yet when it arrived at the depot it had been sitting in there for 10 hours plus and turns out it will be delivered the next day and may not even be in time for when I need it.

The driver pulled up. Tapped his screen and drove off he didn’t even make an attempt to deliver the parcel. I was watching from the window. Then the next thing I receive on tracking is “Sorry we missed you”. How diabolical. I am fuming. This delivery provider needs to sack their drivers if they can’t do their basic job! You wait long enough for your parcels then their is incompetent fraudsters as their drivers.

Double charged me for returns. Stated it was an error initially and to pay again and then was double charged. I then contacted their webchat 3 times without success to assist me and when I called and explained the problem the person answering the call just went silent for 1 minute and then hung up. Very unprofessional and not a service I am going to use again.

Thinking it would be sorted easily.
Heard nothing back sent many emails all ignored tried calling could not speak to a human. Really bad experience and out of pocket.

Unfortunately missed my parcel however, Clare (Kingswinford) left her number for me to rearrange the next day. She messaged me the next morning with a rough time so I could make sure someone was in. Absolutely wonderful lady to go above and beyond offering a superb service! She is a credit to Yodel!
