In every case the driver just marked the job as failed delivery, when in actual fact I was in at all the times he stated.

Absolutely terrible experience, sat at home all day because they didn't give a delivery window, finally at 12:47pm I received an email giving a 2-hour window starting at 12:51pm.

Returns Process - Difficult

Double charged me for returns. Stated it was an error initially and to pay again and then was double charged. I then contacted their webchat 3 times without success to assist me and when I called and explained the problem the person answering the call just went silent for 1 minute and then hung up. Very unprofessional and not a service I am going to use again.

I have tried all day to contact Yodel about a return to North Face which I booked on their returns page. However the whole system is robotic... I think only the drivers are human beings.... The company make no allowances for us very mature technophobes and I will never use them again. I may have to return my item via the Post Office in the o!d fashioned way !!!!

They are late with deliveries, have missed returns collections and once tried to deliver an item and didn't know how to open a gate and just drove off. Surprisingly dreadful in comparison to other delivery companies.

Refunds - Difficult

Beware ! They make fake deliveries. The parcel will never turn up . They took a picture of my front door but did not ring the door bell while I was inside. 3 times this happened I had to request a refund from vendor .

I contacted the Live chat again and spoke to another agent (Angela) and explained to her I needed a refund and to speak to a manager as she insisted that the code was going to work.

I contacted customer service live chat who said I had absolutely no options to receive the package today and would have to wait a full 24 hours before they would bother trying anything.

Terrible delivery service, waited 5 days for parcel to be delivered from Leeds,was loaded into van multiple times but wasn't delivered! I contacted Yodel app help chat and was told they attempted to deliver but I can honestly say they didn't as I was in all day and received No card through door! Don't know how they can call them self's a delivery service !!🀷🏻
