A good service overall, the only small negative was that my first choice turned out to be fully booked on the requested dates. The alternative venue was managed very professionally though.

Easy and quick to book and everything went tp plan . One slight complaint was the extra costs experienced at the resort. It perhaps could be made clearer or more obvious that you only have an allowance of £28.00 on dinner. There was a menu at £28.00 for three courses but the choices , I think , were poor and the menu was the same each night. The main courses were basic and Vegetables , chips etc etc were all charged as extras. A glass of wine at around £8.00 was expensive . Generally a fairly expensive resort with golf buggies for example being £35.00 per round. Enjoyable break though .

Your agent, Michelle, had to make more calls than usual owing to the French Open being played at the time of booking. All seems satisfactory but still awaiting final confirmation.

Benjamin Charlesworth dealt with my enquiry quickly and effectively. He advised me of the location and refurbishment programme at the Coldra Court Hotel, to enable me to decide whether to book. Hopefully, as a former Hilton, the hotel will not disappoint!

Good communication before booking, a few emails sent chasing up what I'd looked at online, but not that many as to it getting on my nerves. The booking process was very quick and easy over the phone. Ideally they could do with being slightly cheaper than Golfbreaks.com, which would entice more golfers, otherwise they are on par with them! (Excuse the pun)!

I was pleased with everybody who helped me book the belfry all concerned were very helpful the only downside to the booking is the rooms which we had to book deluxe due to none standard rooms left

Overall experience was good. The bedroom was too hot which made sleeping very difficult. No air-conditioning and the reciprocating desk fan was only partially effective. Glad that the weather was not too hot otherwise it would have been much worse. My wife and I had vouchers for an American burger and beer or soft drink in Sam's bar. My wife is a vegetarian and it took sometime to persuade the server to provide the vegetarian burger and not the American burger. My wife is not a beer drinker but could not have an alcoholic alternative drink, e.g. wine. The food and drink voucher scheme is too restrictive on options.

I am arranging a surprise golf trip for my partner as a 50th birthday present, I have looked at quite a few websites but didn't really know where to start and how to put the package together, I called and spoke to a lovely helpful gentleman called Sam who advised what I could do and how they could arrange everything from hotel to flights and transfers as I did not want the worry of planning everything separately. The trip is not until 2017 but I am hoping I can give a good review also on my return.

Very freindly staff, good food and accommodation. Course is good for all standards and in good condition. Only complaint is that this is the fourth time we have visited and hope that this time they have some bitter on and a fully stocked bar as they keep running out. Must be loosing loads of money that way?
