Celtic Manor is a very good upmarket resort, The Rooms (we had the Presidential Suite) are very impressive. We booked for four (two separate rooms) and were placed in the Presidential Suite which had two separate bedrooms and a communal Living Area on the 9th floor with a panoramic balcony, rooms were very tidy and excellent bathrooms and showers. The Breakfast was excellent with good variety of fare on offer. We had booked two rounds of Golf and the Staff here were superb in every way, as they couldn't have been more helpful.We had dinner in the Michelin star Restaurant (Rafters) the service was excellent, but the food a little ordinary for a meal priced at £50 per person. The Spa was used a lot!, and was extremely well equipped and classy area. The Treatments were expensive and they tried to charge me twice!. Overall a good experience.

A third successive year of well-organised golf at La Manga. Golf courses were in good shape, with wind adding to the already plentiful sand and water hazards on the North and South courses. Accommodation is generally fine and access to other amenities (spa, swimming pool) a major plus after a round of golf. Only bugbear was the confusion over tee-times at the North Course on the first day. La Manga operate parallel tee times off holes 1 and 10, and apparently the start time we were given was outside the slots allocated for this, meaning that we had to divert to the West Course. This course is a real challenge for high handicappers such as ourselves, and we'd prefer to play this on the second or third day of our trip. Hopefully this will be the case when we go back next year.

The golf was awsome. lovely day for it great facilities, Howevere my sleep at the hotel was terrible. There was a hairdressers convension going on at the same time we were there and outside our room the guests were having a party all night till 5am. when i woke up at 8am to have breakfast i walked outside my room to find multiple guests sleeping in the comunal way. there was drink everywhere. the smell was horrendous. There was a girl lying on the floor half naked, her purse was on the floor her phone on the table. 100s of half drunk bottles and glasses. ( i have taken pictures to prove this) terrible terrible night and perfectly honest want a refund for my hotel costs. nothing wrong with the golf side of it.

liked the fact that I had one personal contact to deal with. I had a follow up question regarding the special offers that were not informed originally although the answer did take a couple of days to come back I was still satisfied with the handling.

We had a fabulous two nights. The staff were very friendly and did there utmost to make our stay fun. Golf course although bit wet in places was good. Food and amenities were very good. Only down side was being woken at midnight on friday night and having to get dressed and go outside as fire alarm had been set off. We found out it was a false alarm set off by a couple fighting in there room and wrecking the contents. I will be using golf travel again definatley. David.

Sam was very helpful but I didn't read the small print as I though I was going to be entitled to a golf club which only applies to groups. So a bit disappointed.

Really good service from Richard and competitively priced. Was able to tailor requirements to what we needed despite one course we wanted not being on your normal offering. Really slow with booking confirmation though and still waiting. In fact this review request has beaten the booking confirmation!!!!

Very disappointing I was informed I could not amend golf club transportation & told it was non refundable. I had to phone up EasyJet myself & was told it was not a problem amending the booking. Why did your representative not give me the correct advice & give me the hassle of having to phone the airline company. Apart from that everything fine, like I say very disappointed ????

We have used YourGolfTravel on many occasions with no problems what so ever. The staff have always been helpful, polite and pleasant to do business with. This time has been slightly different as it's the first time I have made an amendment and all though I was told they were busy after 2 days I decided to contact them to see if our amendments were completed. I was told we should hear within 5 days which concerns me because I don't believe a department would have that many amendments to deal with. So let's see what happens and keep our fingers crossed for a successful result.
