Takes the hassle out of making all the arrangements. Very responsive and attentive to enquiries with options for consideration emailed within a day or so.

Our contact was very helpful and efficient. We should have preferred to book other courses e.g. Les Belles Dunes, but unfortunately they were not available. I'm sure that we shall have a good time.

Lisa,I feel I am unable to give you any feedback as I am waiting for confirmation on taxi tranfers from airport to hotel and also hotel confirmation. I would also like to confirm I will be able to have breakfast both mornings as I have to be at the pick up point by 6.30.am meaning I have to leave my hotel by 6.00 am.

This is a busy time of year, and we do work with external supplies for certain aspects of each trip, sometimes they can take a little longer to confirm, which may delay your completed documents. My review this time is of disappointment after booking 3 trips a year for the past six years I was told I could not use the voucher given to me after our returned from Turkey because the amount was too high for a local trip which it did not say on the voucher, and if you ask Jason he will tell you why we did not book our Turkey trip with you for 2016. There seems to be too many niggling issues that appears to be personal which in the end could result in pushing us away.

Very good service ,had a small problem with tee times last time we booked,which was resolved quickly to give us one of the best golfing breaks ever, and that's why we're back for more.

No problems booking, and hotel and course ready for us when we arrived. Reason 4 stars and not 5 is because we never received any vouchers as promised and times for tee offs altered without our knowledge when we arrived.

Any amendments should be emailed to you, or if possible a call made to notify you and I would like to offer our most sincere apologies that this did not happen. Please note with vouchers, they cannot be combined with any other promotion or voucher on any one booking. They must also be redeemed at the time of making your booking and not at a later stage - this is detailed on the voucher terms and conditions. Professional service, very responsive and action issues promptly. The team all appear to have access to the booking details which is positive and helps progress issues. Good rates vs. booking direct. Individual appeared knowledgeable of the courses and area. Only issue, it would have been nice to have been told the deposit was non-refundable before rather than after making the payment.

I apologise if it was not made clear about the deposit, but with all reservations for holiday packages, we do require a deposit which is always non refundable as stated in the terms and conditions. I have always had good experiences when booking with Yourgolftravel. This trip was booked at relatively short notice and you found it difficult to get the exact tee times I requested. You did make an excellent effort on my behalf and the tee times are now about as good as we can get at what appears to be a very busy resort. The one minor problem I have encountered is with the car booking. The voucher you have provided only states that the car is booked through Car Trawler and does not specify the exact company the car is hired from and where there premises are within the airport. When speaking to Phil over the phone and giving him the flight details he did say it was with Avis. I will obviously require to confirm this asap as we leave on Tuesday (26th). As a result I will require to phone you again on Monday ( 25th) to confirm the exact rental company and there location. That apart all seems to be in order.

Tee times are always subject to availability and of course the earlier you book at certain venues, the better options all guests have. I am happy that the times you have secured are suitable. With regards to the car hire, we do use Car Trawler as an agent, who then books with a specific rental - normally this is stated when the flight details have been confirmed by the client, and I apologise if this was not made clearer at an earlier date.
