“Patrick McCaghy has been very efficient thus far but I am surprised that 5 days after 'booking' and paying the deposit that I have not had, by e-mail, a confirmation of the arrangements (confirmation of dates booked for the hotel, mix of rooms in the hotel and golf courses to be played / dates thereof) - I feel as if I have been left in mid air - or, in this day and age, is that too much to expect.”

“I booked online and everything went through as expected. I have received confirmation of the exact tee times I requested which makes me wonder whether they have been verified with the Pro-Shop. Hopefully not far away if different.”

“Easy to book what we wanted and i knew about yourgolftravel as i watch golf a lot on sky and it would be very hard to miss with Daren in it. m Me and my friend decided to travel with you as we agreed it looked the best way to get where we wanted to go. “When talking to staff, the service was excellent. Both Rob and Bradley went out of their way to help. However, their was a glitch. I phoned a number of times over two days to amend the booking. Each time I was told to leave a message and someone would return the call. I also sent an email. No one got back. This was frustrating. Eventually, I phoned the new booking line. When I did the service was again excellent. Overall, very happy”
