Matthew, replies quickly. It sounded like Matthew was relatively new, so some answers required clarification. The proof of how good your service is, will be when the holiday is delivered.

Hi John Sorry to hear you are still waiting. We need to have confirmation in writing from our suppliers before we send out your documentation, this is to ensure the booking is all in place correctly for you. This can take a little longer with overseas bookings due to our differing working hours etc. As soon as we have written confirmation we will forward your documents. Everything's fine except for the booking of tee times. There's no place to put your preferred time (I think there used to be when booking online) and invariably the times suggested are unsuitable entailing a phone call to change them.

hotel good but our room was very warm and some noise from generator at night hotel service perfect 10 out of 10 for hotel staff. golf was mixed, the coarse is good challenge, however, out of the the 3 days golf, the greens where spiked on day 2 and top dressing on the final day meaning no putting on quite a few holes which was a big let down. a good idea would be to inform potential visitors of the golf coarse condition and any planned maintenance programme/ schedule, thus preventing any disappointment.

Joe(Way), the guy I spoke to booking my trip was very helpful and easy to talk to, very informative about the destination we are going to and helped solve some potential problems with his recommendations. Guy deserves a medal!

I spoke with Phil, he was polite , professinal and dealt with my enquiry in a freindly manner, recommending not only the course but also the local area. He called back when he promised he would and followed up on any communication I had, overall good experience.

Wrong tee time booking given to Roxburgh by Your Golf Travel. We requested a tee time of 12.40 and was given 1.30pm when arriving at course.

Booked with Rob as the representative all finalised only to get a call the next day to say Liphook Golf club wouldn't now be able to entertain our party. Although disappointed with this Rob did work hard to find us a solution but was a bit frustrating being the organiser.
