A lovely golf break for my son and I. Customer service rep Rhys was extremely helpfull and supportive in our qureies and bookings. Will book again with YGT .

From website spotted where I wanted to go , requested quote , rang to clarify a few points and sales rep did the rest. Simple although having paid deposit I am still waiting an email confirming booking.

My only adverse comment was the time taken to confirm the booking. Apparanly the email was "stuck" in an out box.

Ian Purcell has been very patient and helpful with our booking for next year but did have to ask about any gifts or specials that come with the booking rather than being told what we was entitled to.We still have some of our booking to complete as the flights are not available yet.

There were eight of us on this trip,we found the rooms spacious clean and great value. The hotel its self was good just a shame the pool was so cold,gardens and all areas of the hotel were good and well kept. The Resturant was ok but a lot of work needs to be done to improve the menu and the food could be better. We had the chance of two free meals with our accommodation but only used one as the basic menue was very poor, I would recommend only offering one meal free but from the alocart. All that said we are all eight of us planning to return next year, the staff were great and looked after U.S. Very well. Regards david Stubbings

Responses to questions were handled promptly. Initial quotations were not competitive, but agreed to meet competition on chosen destination.

The disappointing things were €45 buggy charge when we were told by yourselves €20 and booking included golf course transfers from hotel to golf courses but none had been organised.

We did not go to the booked venue as we were moved to the Melia Benidorm hotel 12 days before departure. Hotel was very good tho and we have re booked for the Villataina next year

The Hotel and the food and service there were excellent. The Golf too as the courses were interesting and the staff accommodating. My only complaint was that there was a bit of confusion over my booking and we nearly didn't go as my reservation had not bee made.

this is the third year we have booked with you and really have had good service, However this year two days after we booked and payed, one of our three ball team was called into hospital for a triple heart bypass so we obviously had to cancel him and come down to a two ball, i was disappointed that you took £30 off our money after such a short time

I dealt with Tom Francis who researched our request and came back with a quote which we felt was fair and had all our requirements satisfied. I hope the holiday is as good as the service we received from Tom.

Very good value for money. Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Golf can be very slow. The golf course is fairly flat and well kept. Would certainly book another golf break.

There should be an easier process to match competors prices ,other than a written price offer which is almost impossible to obtain when seeking a price match.

The process is simple enough and the staff are great,hoewever booking online can be a pain if you leave it late,as the staff need to talk to the course. Obvioiusly the course gets bookings from other sources as well, but the lad i talked to was great and sorted it all out very quickly.
