I wish to commend the manner in which our enquiry was dealt with. Our main contact was Tommy who excels in customer service and has a natural ability and desire to meet the customers needs. Although we haven't sampled the actual golf experience yet, our interaction with Your Golf Travel certainly met our expectations and probably more. Well done and all the very best for the future....your company and staff deserve it.

When I finally got round to speaking to them, Tom was extremely helpful and the email confirming my payment was received quickly. I f the remainder of the process is as smooth it should be great.

As a travel agent myself, i have to say Robert Cooper was brilliant, he made the whole transaction so easy. I gave him a number of questions and he called me back promptly with all the answers. I had to go back to the group to relay these answers and told Robert to call me at 10am so i could give him an answer on whether we were going ahead, this he did to the second. He went all through the itinery and explained the deposits and payments and terms and conditions, also the bonuses we received for booking, and if i had any queries to not hesitate to contact him. I was more than satisfied at the service i received and his personality came through just talking to him, he is a credit to your company. Thankyou.

I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone at YGT.i emailed one evening and received a quote the next morning,very efficient.only downside was I was giving a voucher the last time I used YGT for money off my next golf trip only to find I was unable to use it at a certain hotel chain.but overall excellent service and value for money.

Telephone calls answered promptly and efficiently. Plenty of flexibility with numbers for a provisional booking, and amount and date of deposit required. Excellent customer service as always. N.B. As it's difficult to get players to commit to a date before availability of a venue is determined, it would be helpful to be able to make a provisional booking valid for a few days without having to pay a non-returnable deposit. For known returning customers it is unlikely that a booking would not proceed, but this would enable an organiser to test interest before committing to an event.

Found ygt very helpful got us in on the dates we needed and the tee times and some surprised gifts which will make are trip extra special. Would like to thank ygt and especially Moray who as be very helpful and really pleasant to deal with. I have used ygt before and will carry on using them first class golf holiday sites. Booked for the second year running, once again excellent service from staff. They even found that on the day we wished to arrive the course had a corporate day so changed booking for following day. We will be back next year again.

I was trying to book a golfing break for my husband birthday and had a choice of 3 venues I found your service very informative and efficient which allowed me to select a suitable venue. Then the actual booking was easy and quick to complete
