“After ordering a dog coat, which I assumed was in stock, I received an order confirmation which promised a notification when the coat was dispatched, but I then heard nothing more for 10 days. I 'phoned and was told I would be 'phoned back the same day, but no-one called, and it was very cold, so I bought a coat elsewhere and emailed to cancel my order. The following day, with no emailed notification of dispatch, the coat from Pet Supplies Warehouse arrived in the post and I received a very strange phone call from Pet Supplies Warehouse basically having a real go at me for being so "impatient". Not great service.”

“As a returning customer to Pet Warehouse Supplies ,& after purchasing a12kg of Sympy dog food, I am disappointed to have found this same product at my local garden centre, Pet Department for £3 cheaper!!!”

“The product was as expected and the pricing fair in comparison to other sites. Delivery was fairly speedy but, unfortunately, the package was not delivered to my house. It wasn't even delivered to a house with a similar name. I tried to contact the company by replying to e-mails they had sent alerting me to the status of the package asking of it's whereabouts but have received no reply to date. I eventually tracked the parcel down myself and arranged to collect it. I suppose it's more the courier's fault as my correct details were given by me to PSW at the time of order.”

“Purchased leather training lead. Product is of good quality and reasonable price. However, the delivery was disappointing. I did receive confirmation of payment, but the product took nearly two weeks to arrive, no update or explanation provided. I had to contact the company.”

“Nearly every can of Canagan dog food you sent is dented or damaged which means some of the tin goes into the food or you can't get all the food out....shops are not allowed to sell tin food that is dented so why do you...wondering now if they are damaged goods or seconds???......its not as if i ordered a couple of cans......i ordered 96 cans.....i await your reply.”
