“Still waiting for over half of my order. Had to phone to prompt them to send the first part. Had no conformation e-mail when the order went through. Won't be using them again.”

Hi Paul, I am sorry if it wasn't clear when you placed the order. The delivery time for the product you ordered is displayed in the product details and then confirmed again via email after the order is placed. We then send a further dispatch email when the product leaves our building. So your order was delivered as we would expect. I am sorry if this caused you problems. Kind regards, Kerrin

Hi Paul, I am sorry we didn't perform as well as you hoped. I'm not sure what we could have done better for you - we dispatched the same day you ordered and it was delivered to you the next day. Having said that, we did have huge demand and some supply shortage at the beginning of this month so if that affected when you could place an order we offer our sincerest apologies. “Good price but TERRIBLE delivery times. Ordered from them a few times now (because of the price) but each time I've had to wait 10-14 days ... and that's after nagging them (you finally get a dispatched email after chasing them). Might spend a few extra pennies elsewhere and get better delivery times.”

“The pet supplies took over 10 days to be delivered and then only half of what I ordered and paid for was in the box. I ordered two 4kg bands and only received one bag. Poor supply and delivery really. Thanks, Mhairi Adam”

“I ordered a dog bed on 27/11/17. Apart from the order confirmation I heard nothing so rang company on 11 Dec. Was told someone would ring back, no one did. Later that day had an email from a courier saying I would have a delivery on Tuesday. It was not clear from the email who the product was from or which Tuesday as no date given. However I assumed it was the bed and likely to be the next day as unlikely to get weeks notice. Courier said they would notify me with an hours delivery slot on day of delivery. No contact or delivery was made on Tuesday 12 December. Contacted Pet Supplies again on 13 Dec told someone would ring back however Courier delivered that day. So issue is about poor communication but am happy with the product.”

“The dog bed I ordered was very good quality and I am pleased with it but it took nearly a month to arrive. It was two weeks before it was despatched and then took a week before it was delivered. There was no communication unless instigated by myself it was very poor service”

“I didn’t receive my free item with my order of Canagan as advertised on the website with no explanation. Had to phone three times to find out why. Just fobbed off with an email saying will be added to my next order. Not good enough in my opinion I’d spent more than double the amount necessary for the free item it’s more the principle than the value of the item.”

“Delivery went wrong did not get any answer to my emails asked for refund as desperate for the special food ,Simply Salmon and potato,had to get food from a nother supplier, and there fore had to pay twice eventualy had delivery 5 days late wont use your firm again and will never recoment”

“My order came without an email to let me know it had been dispatched. When I received it, it was not correct. They did however rectify it but after 3 emails to keep changing the day it was being picked up and dropped off and one delivery without my product and different address to send to what I had been given it was eventually picked up. Not the greatest experience I've had”

“The product which I ordered was advertised as being available, however when it arrived was completely different to that advertised and paid for. Apparently it had been discontinued so another item was sent in its place and was something I did not want. Pet supplies warehouse negotiated with me in order for me to keep the product which I did, but I am not completely satisfied. It would have been better if they had contacted me first and offered a complete refund as they could not dispatch what I ordered.”

“After ordering a dog coat, which I assumed was in stock, I received an order confirmation which promised a notification when the coat was dispatched, but I then heard nothing more for 10 days. I 'phoned and was told I would be 'phoned back the same day, but no-one called, and it was very cold, so I bought a coat elsewhere and emailed to cancel my order. The following day, with no emailed notification of dispatch, the coat from Pet Supplies Warehouse arrived in the post and I received a very strange phone call from Pet Supplies Warehouse basically having a real go at me for being so "impatient". Not great service.”
