engineer was on time friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, after Scottish gas last year and 3 engineers to fix boiler after service he was a competent engineer

This company excelled in customer service, communication, and the speed in which my boiler breakdown was dealt with, a great price on the policy, and having been with British gas and homeserve in the past Your Repair leaves them standing on both price and performance.

I found your repair online whilst looking to change my insurance cover. It was an easy process to go through, also got a really good price for the year. Would recommend them for the ease of registration as I have not needed their services yet. Also a follow up call this morning to make sure all documents had been received.

The time slot is initially very large (full day) but is reduced to a very manageable level once in contact with the actual engineer who fine tunes the appointment time. Service was efficient as was the post service clean up. I was initially surprised not to have any documentation of the visit but an email from YourRepair advised that it was readily available to view in my online account. Very happy with the service of the engineer and of YourRepair.

The whole process was good. I was contacted very quickly by the engineer and he was able to come the next day, even though it was a Sunday. Job was completed, no problems. YourRepair dealt with my claim quickly and easily.

I was happy with the deal I got with Your Repair. A bonus was getting the free boiler service which they arranged for me.

More than happy with the service, engineer very professional, contact centre fast, waiting time less than a minute to answer, all good except the price rise in second year, but still worth the cost .
