“The time slot is initially very large (full day) but is reduced to a very manageable level once in contact with the actual engineer who fine tunes the appointment time. Service was efficient as was the post service clean up. I was initially surprised not to have any documentation of the visit but an email from YourRepair advised that it was readily available to view in my online account. Very happy with the service of the engineer and of YourRepair.”
