The engineers who came to service my boiler took their time, carried out a necessary repair to prevent leaking from a pipe to the boiler and identified an issue with the boiler cupboard casing that my kitchen fitter had (inadvertently, of course) created. They carried out a service as far as they could then have committed to return when the cupboard issue is addressed.
