Just bought this plan 4 policy (which will be cancelled anyway) and my boiler due will be in May and you cannot inspect it until next March?

Generally quick, but some screens ask to submit and then take you back to the same screen. It is a little confusing as you are not sure if it has been submitted.

Despite problems with the first "engineer" who actually made matters worse, YourRepair (thank you especially, Manjit) quickly sent out a new BAXI employee engineer, who correctly diagnosed the new problem, ordered the parts and came out today (3-metre separation) and fixed the boiler problem. Fantastic service and superb value for money. Can't recommend them highly enough. Mike Williams, Telford
