I have not had a repair yet but I have messed up up my direct debit I have taken out out a landlord direct debit instead of homeowners

Just joined this service. Easy set up and seems to be offering what I need at half the price of british gas.So rating based on ease of contract and cost so far.

Service isn't really there. Joined in September, received a short phone call about my policy. Since then, no one has been in touch to enquire about servicing my boiler. Never got any info about the free night in a hotel promo. Now the hotels are shut & engineers probably only working emergency call outs. Paid over £140 in fees for pretty much nothing.

Our boiler services are carried out during the summer months, between March and September but unfortunately, due to the current situation with Covid 19, we are experiencing some delays.
