Adam was professional, polite and helpful, able to reduce my monthly boiler repair policy. Demonstrated excellent knowledge on all products / services available. Lovely member of staff.

Does not send details of responsible, engineers, first one we had to phone to book a service informed us that they do not cover our area!!!!!! Response from Your repair to send details of another company, email's and called but have not had a response back from them. Your repairs only phoned us when I cancelled the direct debit. Breached their contract with us then stated they were going to charge us more for a service they are not providing. Also never known a company that expects the customer to do all the chasing in trying to get an appointment for an engineer to service my vulnerable mum.

Engineer arrived 1 hr early. Got straight to the job checked meter first then the boiler. He shown me how to up the water pressure and ran through everything he was doing and why. He thoroughly cleaned the boiler which my previous didn't do and shown me all the results on his phone and gave me some recommendations to get more out of it. Very professional engineer who I would highly recommend

Easy to navigate and join online.However,as we were overdue our annual service from our previous provider,it is a long time to wait(July 2020)for a service from YourRepair. Our previous provider was out within few weeks of signing-up, then annually from then on.
