Boiler service was due, engineer contacted me to confirm date and time, he arrived on time, did the necessary, answered by queries and left the documentation when he finished. Happy with the service I have received up to now.

I received a call on Monday from the engineer asking to arrange my first annual review. We arranged for him to come the following afternoon, but he was flexible enough to avoid the school run, as we have to pick up our granddaughter on a Tuesday. He arrived within the given time, explained what he was going to do, did it, asked me if we were having any problems with the central heating system and left, very polite and courteous. If this is what I can come to expect from YourRepair HomePlan, then I would defenatly recommend.

Tom the engineer came to carry out our annual service today, very polite, carried out the service and had a good check over everything. He cleaned everything up before he left and made sure it was left tidy. Brill.

I am very mipressed with YourRepair HomePlan. I phoned them today to report my boiler not working and was told an engineer would call me to arrange a visit. I got a phone call in under an hour, he told me he would be there in about 3 hours. He arrived, replaced a part and repaired a leak, and also gave the boiler a good check over. Top Marks!

Within a few hours of reporting my problem the leak was fixed. Lovely plumber, cleaned everything up when he'd finished, great job, one happy lady.

The plumber phoned before arrival. He checked the manhole and then others to establish where the blockage was located. He then cleared the problem and made several checks to ensure everything was flowing as it should. Well done.

I've got 3 properties that currently have cover with yourRepair HomePlan. They simply do what it says on the lid. They provide a quality service an arrive when they say they will, and get on with repairing the problem.

You had to come and repair a burst pipe in my kitchen, the plumber couldn't locate my stopcock, but still managed to fix it for me, in rather difficult circumstances. Very pleased.
