“I rang up to cancel my policy and I spoke to a fella named Adam he advised me to stay with yourRepair as they would cover my boiler even if it made a noise so I took the policy out at 16 pounds a month .My boiler started rattling last night put in a claim was told not covered as my boiler had to fail completely.What rip off merchants”

He came out and sorted issue in good time as was very helpful. I am a happy customer so far. Its worth reading all the t's and c's as some items are not covered as they were for me on another supplier but with the savings overall it may just be worth it in the end.”

“First time I have had to male a claim so was not sure what to expect .
We have had a problem with our boiler and it was fixed today but are coming back at the end of the week to make a further repair that was needed . Excellent customer service , and seem to go the extra mile by making those extra phone calls that a customer needs to be reassured .
