“Found wallpaper i was after in clearance. I was extremely happy with the fast delivery and the way i was informed when the delivery was to be made and even the name of the delivery driver! “Goods arrived on time, good and easy instructions to put the poles up ready to take the curtains. All goods were with the package nothing missing. My daughter was very pleased with finished product in her house”

Hello Jackie Lancaster, We are very sorry to hear that you are still not in receipt of your order, from reviewing your order we can see that our sales support team are chasing the delivery as TNT have logged numerous failed delivery attempts. Upon review of the tracking we can see this is currently out for delivery today (06/09/17), meaning that this should hopefully be 18:00. “The curtains and tie backs themselves are lovely. However, they were dispatched earlier than first stated and I was on holiday. There was a problem getting the parcel re-delivered and when it arrived the box was bent and broken and looked like it had be thrown about quite a lot. Consequently whilst the curtains themselves were not damaged, they were quite creased. I am pleased with my new curtains, the delivery was not good!”

It is true this was produced faster than even we would usually anticipate with it being completed and despatched within a week, to see there was then a problem with getting it delivered to you caused a further problem is not acceptable so I have logged a complaint with the courier involved so they are aware of the issue.
