“Sample size too small to be helpful. While it is good to be able to order wallpaper samples and the delivery was fairly quick, it was disappointing to find the sample was only A4 size. If you have a large pattern that is particularly unhelpful. It should at least been the width of the paper and the height of the pattern repeat.”

Just to confirm, all samples are ordered directly with the brand and your sample was also delivered to you directly from them. I'm sorry that you were disappointed, however, it is standard across the industry that sample cuttings vary between 15x15cm, 20x20cm and 30x30cm depending on the design of the fabric/wallpaper. (This does vary between products and suppliers). All samples are redeemable against a future order, which I can see that you used this on your order for the wallpaper. For reference, most brands also offer larger samples, you would just need to call us to order as we can then check that the brand has them available.
