“Process started well but once I had received wallpaper, gilver which looks like cream background with extra highlights of gold/copper/bronze around the wings, peacock eye tails and spots to the body using the magnifying tool to my amazement on opening found that the background and the lynx body was completely gold coloured. Nothing like the picture, and know computers can alter colours but not to that extent. Think someone needs to retake the picture. Once returned through your system took 2 phone calls to get a refund arranged.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed with the colour of the wallpaper you ordered on our website. We do offer a redeemable sample service on all pages for wallpapers and fabrics on our website and would always recommend our customers to use this service if it's for a fabric or wallpaper that they haven't seen before, as colours can look different depending on what you are viewing it on, phone, laptop, notebook etc. Just to confirm, the wallpaper was delivered to you directly from the brand to ensure you receive the newest stock and the latest batch codes and the photo's on our website are the brands own photo's. Our customer service team is here Monday-Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm and are always happy to help our customers, especially if they are unsure of anything and can be contacted by phone or email.
