I have had a look in to this for you and can see that your order was despatched 2 days after you placed your order and we also sent you an email to let you know, so that you knew when to expect delivery and who the courier was. Unfortunately TNT inform us that they cannot commit to a time of day your delivery will take place, as it very much depends on where you are on the drivers round on that particular day. I'm very happy to read that you felt that the product availability and the price was good and we very much look forward to seeing you again when you next need something for your home. “Material is as described - however I had to chase delivery on the 9th august when order was placed on the 28th July Saying this material was despatched on same day with apology note via email Will see what next order placed is like before making decision”
