“Curtain track arrived on time and very well packed in a strong cardboard tube However the delivery company left the parcel by a neighbours gate at the side of the road 200 meters From our house This despite our house being clearly marked and we were in Five stars if good delivery company”

“I like your website and the variety of products that you offer and also the fact that you try to process and deliver orders quickly. However, your delivery cost and options are poor. I bought 1 metre of fabric and the delivery cost more than the actual material. Also, the delivery required a signature leading to several failed attempts at delivering the pack. A consideration of the value and size of the pack should be taken into account when calculating the cost and also the type of delivery service requirements as this is leading to time wastage, increased costs and customer frustration.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are glad to see that overall you were pleased with the fabric that you had received and that you were pleased with the item. We are however sorry to see that you had experienced problems with the delivery and will address this with UPS. In relation to the delivery charge that you had paid, we do offer tiered delivery services for one metre of fabrics, just unfortunately the supplier Prestigious is one that is sent directly from them instead of coming into our office first meaning that it does charge the top rate delivery charge for that. We will however review your comments regarding the delivery and look to improve this for the future so that we can ensure that we provide the best service possible. Kind regards, Fashion Interiors.

“I ordered a single curtain for a door, with thermal lining and using a Sanderson fabric. The order was processed extremely quickly. The company double checked my measurements before making it. I hung the curtain and it fitted perfectly, looking really good in the new decor of our hallway.”

“Never ordered curtains to be made online before, so I was a bit concerned as to how they would be made.I ordered they on a Sunday and they was delivered on Friday they are very well made and I'm so pleased with them and the service,will recommend to friends.”

“Your courier failed to find my house on the first attempt, I gave them yard by yard directions and they failed find it on the second attempt, returned the items to you and failed to tell me. After two telephone calls to you items were finally delivered two weeks late. This experience will stop me from ordering from you in the future. Suggest you change your courier - I can't be the only one. They seem unable to read a satnav.”
