“Fabric was as ordered but - the package had obviously been sealed up en-route to me so could not have been packaged securely from the start point!”

We have reviewed the delivery we can see your order was placed on at 08:33 26/01/18 and delivery was made on the 29/01/18 by UPS this would stay within our next working day delivery. We do wish we could offer a next day service but unfortunately we can only offer working day deliveries due to costing. “I ordered three lined roman blinds to be made up in a Sanderson fabric. When the blinds arrived two out of the three were poorly made - they do not hang properly. They are uneven and the sewing quality is terrible on one side of each blind. Even worse is the quality of the linings - cheap and flimsy. As a result, the blinds look terrible on the windows. Customer service has been appalling in handling my complaint. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I am now having the blinds re-lined and remade - at huge cost.”
