“I bought too many rolls of paper, I returned the leftover roll & was only reimbursed with a credit note. I think in these times when we have to shop online more because of covid, that really disappointed me. However, I have recently used my credit note & ordered paper which I just didn't like. I had opened a roll so was told I wouldn't get reimbursed for that. I now won't return the 1 roll I would qualify for a credit note for because, I will need more wallpaper, we're doing our whole house up but I will grudge having to spend more money on your site because I am so let down by your service.”
