“I have now purchased 3 lots of fabric from Your Stylish Home & have been very pleased with everything I have received. The delivery of samples & fabric was prompt on each occasion. The first lot was delivered direct to the person who was making my blinds, as we had not yet moved into the new house. The website is clear & easy to use.”

“We have placed a number of orders in the last few weeks. This latest arrived on time and was complete. We have had a couple of other orders where we are awaiting some items, and whilst this is frustrating this is probably because of supplier problems outside YSH's control. Anyway, the customer service staff have been really excellent so they still deserve 5* overall.”

“I received outstanding service from this company. Firstly they do samples which alot of other wallpaper companies dont do during covid. Secondly they deliver so quickly. They were so easy to deal with and have a great range of excellent quality wallpapers. Im so impressed. Hence the five stars. Great service. Will definitely use again.”

“I ordered some velux solar powered blackout blinds. The ordering was easy and the product was the genuine velux brand (came from velux) as I wanted to ensure it fitted ny already installed velux windows. Very happy with purchase and service. Did take some time for delivery, but overall very happy.”

“You offered a 10 % discount but said my product was already discounted therefore none given - your price was ok but same price a my local Brewers shop £85 for which I can then get a trade account discount and I think you claimed to be cheaper than RRP therefore no discount which most people sell at a lower price also . You said in stock despatched within 1-2 days and it didn't even go to a courier until 24 hours later so average at best and hope feedback helps”

Good morning Sean, Thank you for your recent order and taking the time to review us. I'm sorry the 10% offer caused you confusion as it wasn't eligible as the item was already discounted 20%. I will pass your comment on to our marketing to see if the offer can be made clearer in the future. The wallpaper you ordered recently had a manufacturer price increase. Not all suppliers had applied the increase at that point, which I believe Brewers hadn't then but may have done now. This is probably why they offered the extra discount that ordinarily they might not have done. Your order was placed at 2:23pm on a Friday with tracking emailed 8:57am on the Monday and signed for the next day at 12:50pm. As your order was placed mid-afternoon it wasn't able to be despatched the same day which is why we allow 1-2 working days for delivery. Thank you for your feedback as we're always striving to keep customers happy with our high service levels and improve where possible.
