“Excellent. Can’t fault price, speed of delivery and especially Holly in customer service on the few times I’ve spoken to her. Absolutely love my William Morris wallpaper. Ordered two rolls too many so returned yesterday very conveniently at local shop.”

“I ordered these blind kits specifically because your website stated the chain pull was white, not chrome like most others seem to be. I am very disappointed to find out that they are actually chrome, but I am unable to return as they are cut to size. I am very much hoping you will supply 2 white chains to replace the chrome ones, as this is what is stated in the product description.”

“My order of some expensive material arrived but had only been packed in one layer of fairly thin plastic which was ripped in 3 places. It’s very lucky the fabric didn’t get dirty during the transit/delivery process. The packaging could be vastly improved.”
