I'm sorry you were disappointed in the lead time for Solar and Electric Velux blinds due to a global shortage which didn't only effect Velux. Just to confirm, at the time you placed your order online the delay was showing a 14 week lead time and the following message: *VELUX Solar blinds are subject to industry-wide delays Due to a global shortage of semi-conductors, VELUX solar blinds are currently subject to industry-wide delays. This affects all merchants; be aware of anyone claiming quicker lead times as all VELUX remote controlled blinds are ordered directly through VELUX. Our latest lead time information for this product is directly from the latest lead time from VELUX. They have since made improvements and their current lead time for the Solar and Electric blinds is 4-5 weeks. (Other styles of Velux blinds were not delayed and remain at a lead time of 7-10 working days). Thank you for your order. Kind Regards, Your Stylish Home

“Having not purchased from Your Stylish Home previously, I was somewhat nervous about buying such an expensive bespoke item online, however, I needn't have been at all - the curtains are beautifully made, thick and full, perfectly pattern matched and I couldn't be happier with them. The service was also excellent, with the curtains delivered a few weeks ahead of schedule. Really, really happy (and my photo doesn't do the quality of the curtains justice!)!”

“Everything so far has been quick in arriving, anything out of stock (wallpaper samples) have arrived but have just taken longer and I’m made aware of that on ordering which is so handy! I ordered 19 metres of material and it arrived 2 days later! Ive also ordered curtain poles too, even got one wrong so had to send it back, that was so easy and stress free to do! I will if possible order all what I need from this company as its great! Each time I order I have also gotten a discount code too👌🏻 Can’t fault anything so far! Its great!! Thankyou”

“I was apprehensive about ordering handmade curtains online from a company I had not dealt with before. But, you had the material I wanted and your reviews were very good. I was also impressed that I could have my curtains interlined. ( No one seems to do that now). I needed to replace my curtains in our small cottage, which were making the room dark. Friends said I was mad to spend so much on curtains. (Good job I'm my own person). When my curtains arrived, they were very well packed. I was SO impressed! Not only were they well made but the headings had been "pulled" to the right size and had metal curtain hooks in place! I have NEVER had that on handmade curtains before. I have great trouble pulling the headings on curtains as I have arthritis and tightening the cords hurt my hands. So, Your attention to detail is much appreciated. The curtains were Worth every penny. They look fantastic and match my Sanderson wallpaper too. A fantastic job. I am beyond thrilled. Thank you.”
