“Stylish Home gave me excellent service - personal phone call, good price, prompt delivery. But I was extremely disappointed with the Christian Lacroix fabric I purchased! The Pattern was not square on the fabric and I had very great difficulty matching drops, and also I noticed after I'd made it up that there was like a blemish/watermark on the pattern. Considering this product has an extremely high retail price I thought it is very poor on behalf of the manufacturer.”

“I silent gloss rail is nice but I wasn’t sent flush fitting as I expected. Which is a pity. The Honiton rail is up but it was awkward as my grandson had to redrill the central link holes to get them level. The delivery was ok. I’d not use the service again without phoning to check what I think I’ve ordered is what I’m sent.”

Possibly you have ordered the wrong pole for your needs? “Excellent. Tried to ring and thank you but was on permanent hold unfortunately. Curtain pole delivered by courier in about 18 hours of ordering. Pole of good quality so am altogether pleased.”

“Ordered roller blind & brackets. Originally told order for blind would be 14 wks but then received an email and dispatch note saying it would be delivered last Fri. As I was going to be out, I asked for delivery to local po. When I came home the envelope containing the brackets was posted through my letterbox but no info on the blind. Went to local po but they didn’t have the blind, they spent a long time trying to contact various people to find out where it was. Got a callback from parcelforce on Monday to say they only had 1 package (the brackets) but no blind. Had to contact your stylish home to be told, despite the fact my dispatch confirmed both items had been dispatched, my blind would not be delivered fir 14 wks. An email with instructions to ignore the dispatch note would have helped and saved my concern over a weekend and po employees wasting their time!!!!”

Just to confirm, as you have mentioned, when you placed the order yourself online these particular blinds are flagged to advise customers that due to a global shortage of semi-conductors, VELUX solar & electric blinds are currently subject to industry-wide delays, currently 14-week delay. These are made to measure items, whereas the bracket isn't, which is why the bracket was sent first. Both items on your order are delivered to you directly from Velux with their selected couriers. I'm so sorry for any confusion caused by the emails you have received from the Velux couriers and we will of course contact them to make them aware of the confusion caused. We’d love to have you back as a customer in the future and hope this experience won’t taint your view of us when taking all the above into consideration. Kind Regards, Your Stylish Home.
