“Very happy with my Velux blind purchase from Your stylish Hone - we were able to take advantage of a discount as well so it was a bonus. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very easy and communication was excellent, I knew exactly when my delivery was due and in fact it turned up 4 days earlier than planned , which we were pleased by as the weather had become hot and we needed the blinds to give shade to our kitchen room. All in all a very positive shopping experience.”

Just to confirm, our published lead time for made to measure curtains is 4-6 weeks and I can see that your order was shipped exactly 6 weeks from when the order was placed. They arrived after you called as you called before the 6 weeks, but they would have been shipped then anyway and we always send a confirmation email to let customers know when their curtains have been shipped which includes the courier tracking so that you would then know when to expect the delivery. “I ordered my blackout blinds over the phone. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. The blinds were good value for money and arrived within 3 day, brilliant. My only issue is that DPD were the courier. I have requested that my deliveries are left in a safe place. I have put this on the DPD app and taken a photograph of where to put any orders. Unfortunately my Velux blind, worth £65, was left on my door step in full view of any passerby!!!!”

“Great phone service. Poles arrived following morning followed by the brackets & finials the following morning. Sadly, Next did not deliver L.A. curtains as promised on 20 July now expected on 25.”

“My request was dealt with promptly. The wallpaper arrived within the timeframe quoted. One of the rolls was slightly dented at the end; I am just waiting for the decorator to let me know if it is useable or not.”
