“Great service and easy-to-use web site. My only minor criticism is that the pull chords for the curtain tracks are very short; although I appreciate that this is, perhaps, to do with yet more H&S legislation.”

Good afternoon, Thank you so much for leaving us this 5 Star review. Just to confirm, when placing an order there are various options to select from for the installation height/cord length. The installation height is from where you are installing the product from the floor and the cord length will be made 150cms from the floor, which as you quite rightly mentioned is to conform to child safety legistration BS EN 13120. When selecting your installation height on our website it will also show you what the cord length would be. We really appricate your comments and it's lovely to know that you had great service and found our website easy to use.
