“I placed my order and all seemed well, I was happy with the anticipated delivery. Then received an email to say it was out of stock and was given an anticipated date for more coming in. I am glad that they arrived before that date and they seem good value for money.”

I believe what may have happened is that once your order was placed it took the last of the available stock which in turn then made it out of stock, so I'm sorry for any confusion caused.
