“Good site only issue I had was with the product filters, have bought a lot of the "Antique brass" but there is no filter for this so had to go through lots of pages to get to what I wanted, otherwise all good”

“Thank you for the curtains, roman blind, and cushions which are just what we wanted and requested. The ordering process was precise and easy to use, and the time from ordering to delivery was helpfully really quick. The workmanship is top class, and made good use of the Harlequin fabric. “I had no problem with the online ordering service. However your carrier UPS left the package on the ground at the front door without alerting me to its arrival. Also the tube that the bolt of material was in had been bent at an angle. I have managed to straighten the tube but I feel your carriers should be reminded about the importance of careful handling.”
