“silent gliss metropoles arrived quickly and as ordered, shorter pole was not in good condition eg end cap loose, pole scratched, end stop partly missing and end of pole loose. all easily resolved and scratches are on back of pole anyway. longer pole perfect. maybe shorter pole had been sliding around inside long tube and screws had loosened?”

“The product was just what I wanted, it arrived in very good order as it was very well packaged. The delivery man was extremely nice. I did not get an email to say when it had been dispatched and the delivery man said it was not on his scanner but was on the van. It arrived 1 day before I estimated . I am a happy bunny”
