“Fantastic service. Great range of products and delivery was next day. I ordered William Morris wall paper and it arrived the next day. The wallpaper is beautiful and excellent quality. All round a very good experience and would definitely shop at Stylish homes again”

“Unfortunately 2 of the boxes of 4 packs of curtain tiebacks were very damaged and the fixings for one missing. I received new fixings the following day after I contacted customer services, but these were the wrong ones. I ended up going to a diy store to buy some appropriate fixings. The boxes were so damaged, this must have been noticed before they were sent out. Very disappointed”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry that the packaging of your order was damaged in transit by the couriers, resulting in missing screws and rawlplugs. I can also assure you when the holdbacks were sent the packaging was not damaged. We have also taken this issue up with the couriers as this is not the service we expect or pay for our customers. I have looked into this for you and can see that on the day you reported this to us, we sent out replacements on the same day with Royal Mail 1st Class. Had we been aware that they were either the wrong size or not delivered we could have sorted this for you. Once again, please accept my apologies for the damage to the packaging on your order caused by the couriers, as we’d love to have you back as a customer in the future and I hope this experience won’t taint your view of us when taking all the above into consideration.
