The downside is that the price is a bit on the expensive side for the products you get..and the price goes up adding the shipping costs.... shipping is 10euros and in my opinion that's a lot..”

“I ordered the April box back in 2020 and I have, from today March 10th 2021, still not received it. Their unhelpful customer service keep replying with automated messages telling me to patiently wait for it to show up or get shipped back to their warehouse. I have been waiting for A YEAR. My bank was unfortunately not able to withdraw the money since I’d been waiting an extended amount of time - not sure if this was an intended tactic from Yumetwins. Either way super disappointing and but keep this in mind if you’re box is “delayed”.
If you subscribe to Yumetwins and your box doesn’t show you should be aware customer service won’t be able to help you. I’d consider looking for another company to spend your money on.”
“Yumetwins is a great service and sends such cute items every month. Plushes, stationary items, figures, or every day use items all revolve around a cute theme. I feel like it could be a little cheaper, but I think it's just the current shipping cost that makes it a higher price. Covid19 has had an affect on shipping, but other than that I'm a satisfied customer.”
