“We trusted you much and you proved to be a money makers only, and don't have concern about customer's Satisfaction. very very disappointed by your service. i thought to have a good relation with you for my future travels but seems you guys are not serious to boost your business. 1 thing our teacher used to say "1 satisfied customer will take 10 more and vice versa. i would never ever suggest your travel agency to any one"”

“For basic visa requests they are fine. They told me I couldn't get a visa put into a second passport whilst using my first passport. I went to another agency who did exactly that - so not the best at giving correct advice.”

“Very bad service, the lady(Sumaira)who is helping my case is not even replying the message. VSF charged me 100 extra for uploading documents, why she didn’t upload my documents? However, was not feeling being helped it was just to process everything because I paid money for the service.”
