“I am not usually in the habit of leaving public reviews, but this experience has shaken me to a point where I need an outlet. Whether you are dealing with Zabeel Travels or its offshoot Urgent Travels, approach them with extreme caution. Extremely bitter, frustrating and draining experience with their rude, uninformed, unempathetic, entitled and unprofessional employee Sumaira Naz. The reason why they have Urgent Travels is because they waste so much of your time with misdirection and misinformation that you are inadvertently so close to your travel date you have to use their services. Even after sending numerous emails, Whatsapp messages and paying for the service - I have to now hound them for a refund. It's really a shame. Even 1 star seems extremely generous. UPDATE As suspected - no sign of a refund from this sham of a company. And the "Owner" who has responded to this review does not seem to have understood the difference between a frustrated rant and "feedback". But again, considering how inept the employees are, this should not be a surprise.”

“Worst worst and worst All thee staff are extremely rude and careless they font care and they will behave extremely rude when they know its your mistake I was dealing with safana and I have to call her 10 times for visa process and update”

“Worst service in my life I get from Miss Sumaira they don’t know nothing totally unprofessional team don’t go with them, more than 2000 aed I paid them for rubbish service.”

“just unable to understand that the delivery cannot be at the door as we pay an additional fees for this and still the person concerned says the company doesnt pay2 dhs parking and we need to go down and collect the passport, unheard of , despite mentioning that we are busy, no flexibility , this way business can fall down for sure , as we will think 100 times to repeat our orders.”

“I requested for assistance but was terribly unsatisfactory at all. I ask the person who assisted me questions regarding the visa application.. The questions I asked, the same feedback I got from the Embassy as I was advise “the back office” will “carefully” handle everything but it wasn’t as I expected.”

“Very unprofessional staff. i will never use zabeel again. Nobody check my documents or give any advice. I went for the appointment on 24th of Feb and i have been in a very big problem there because there was problem with my NOC that i have asked Mr.Hadi that is it ok he said yes everything is fine just go for the appointment. Very terrible experience”

“I submit my file for a Hong Kong visa, but still, I don't know what is the status, had been 5 months away. try to contact them by WhatsApp the concerned lady she didn't replay also. it's too bad...”

“I am very disappointed with the service i got from you guys. I applied for Thailand visa and i didn’t got any call regarding my visa process i was calling them everyday and they told me that they gonna call me and inform me regarding the process and after 10 day i call them again and inquiry about the visa they told me that it is already there and I can collect it from the office. When I call them for the first time they told me that it is free pickup and drop off service but now they are saying me that i have to go to their office and collect it, as there is no free drop off service but in their official website it is mentioned clearly about the service free pickup and free drop off. I am very disappointed about the service i got from these agency. And they are telling me that I cannot apply Thailand visa by my own I have to go through the agency thats the only way I can get visa. I paid the AED 349 + 5% VAT for them for only applying the Visa. It is not fair, Visa for Thailand cost only AED 150 and rest is for the agency but only for pickup service and applying.”

“First of all,when I called your agent ( Sumara)she told me bring some documents which is not complete. I need to brings bank statement due to my income. She should mention in first place.also the payment,I like to use my debit card and she said it will cost 9.50 AED for transaction. It doesn't make sense.”

“I was applied for UK Visa on behalf of my employer through Zabeel star but I got refused due to lake of documents..... You should improve your expertise in documentation you should care of all customers don't miss guide the peoples only for your fee. You treat us in professional way. And approach of success..not only for fee.....”

“Very unprofessional when it comes to commitment to timelines. I had my pickup delayed 1 day without informing me and after frequent times i call i got to know that pick up will be postponed one day after i kept waiting for hours the pickup. Drop-off also delayed despite commitment by a certain time.”

“I am extremely disappointed with zabeel star services as they put the wrong information in my application which caused refusal of my Visa. Even after giving them the correct information they still ruined my application. The manager at abu hail office in particular was rude to me and he ignored me when I was explaining to him that the mistake happened from zabeels side. Instead of understanding and being remorseful about the mistake he was rude to me and was not respecting me as the customer. In future I will never use zabeel star services again and I will also inform all friends and family never to use your services. Please stop contacting me via email and phone and remove my details from your listing”

“Applied for a visa thru them. First they confirmed one date then changed to another. We booked ticket and still they did not get the visa done. When called everyone in staff told we will call back our pro is out for collection. Within spzn of full day they not cared to call back and say it will not be ready. We were busy sorry . These reply doesn't cover losses .they dhud be more responsible....... Highly unprofessional way”

“Terrible service for Visas. They are not updated with any of the documents required. The service that they are paid for is neglected- I had 3 errors on my visa application - dates, wrong date on travel insurance and the travel insurance itself in regards to the new visa requirement was wrong! It’s very likely that my visa will be rejected thanks to them. Don’t use them at all! There are plenty of other service providers that actually pay attention and are updated.”
