“I wish I could give you a zero, it's amazing how many people have complained about Sumaira and you have continued to employ her and ruin your reputation further. We had been doing business with you for last 2 years but unfortunately you have lost us as a customer. Very very unprofessional, and you should never be a part of an industry where customer service is the highest priority. I will never recommend you guys to anyone ever.”

“Dear Zabeel Team I am a two years old customer with you, but I never faced problems like now before. All your reputation earned by hard work is being damaged by few or new travel consultants. Especially the travel consultant called Ms. Sumaira is making massive damage to your reputation. she is lack of professionalism, rude behaving, inexperienced, misguiding, not a trustworthy person. not listening to the customer requirement. completely disappointing. I am facing huge inconvenience and problem only because of Ms. Sumaira. So Dear Zabeel Team you let your customer suffer and you made the person who made mistakes walk away. Dear Zabeel - Please train your team with some SOPs and professionalism and some corporate structure by giving them formal attires to step up your business in the next level. Note: Madam Mariya is always a lifesaver. But I wonder how long she can rescue her bad staff.”

Thank you Mohammed for your Feedback, We are completely align with your comment and we are glad the visa is issued after Supervisor involvement. We are going to revamp our training and board more Customer Experience materials to boost our satisfactions.

“You screwed up my application and asking for a feedback now. Insane. Inexperienced staff, misguiding customers. I asked to apply for a HK visa after I tried my self to register myself for pre-arrival. But that didn’t go through. I gave the job to you guys. I had to deal with Zaid Shaikh who knows nothing about this industry. He misguided as he will apply for me e-visa. He tried the same as what I tried myself “pre-arrival registration”. It went unsuccessful. You guys didn’t refund my money also saying fees is not refundable. This is not the way to earn money. There are many other cheap ways to earn money than this. I will never recommend Zabeel Star to anybody. I will give the same feedback everywhere.”

“Ive applied to Austria with your agency and the embassy asked to provide the "travel itinerary" and a real flight booking. ive just wasted my money with your service for nothing and more delay in the process.”

“You have let me down considerably on my request for China Visa. You have not provided any proof of application which makes me strongly believe that my application was not even submitted for visa at China consulate. I have easily obtained visa on same passport through other reputed agency. So if you are genuine i need full refund of the fees that very falsely charged to me.”

“They did My application, and it had more than 14 MISTAKES in it. The manager came in laughed it off and thats all. I had to do the whole application myself again, and they did not even offer to pay the money back. The passport number, Emirates residency Number, Phone Number, many things were mixed up and different. Do not go if you do not want to get rejected.”

“I try to get south Korea visa and I ask a very clear question (how much present I can get the visa he say 95% and get reject after that he I ignore me like he don't talk to me very bad service........ I can't recommend for anyone”

“I consult with miss kareen..she need knowledge about application lodging and visa itself.. She given dates in application without my consult.. Besides extremely poor performance in follow up..my visa approved 1 week before and u was not notify..its i my self contact embasy and got info..”

“i was given a false advice that I cant get visa on arrival to Oman, was told to pay 650 AED to get it in 24 hours, and it was never issued or even a follow up was conducted”

“very poor because i depostied wrongly 640 aed through atm... my total payable balance was 628 aed... there is a one guy aldrich bazan who was dealing with me i emailed him 2 times he said okay no problem i discussed this matter with my acc manager money will be returned... but all in vain please return my 12 dirhams back... documentation proceeder was quick and fast”
