“I try to get south Korea visa and I ask a very clear question (how much present I can get the visa he say 95% and get reject after that he I ignore me like he don't talk to me very bad service........ I can't recommend for anyone”

“Dear Zabeel Team I am a two years old customer with you, but I never faced problems like now before. All your reputation earned by hard work is being damaged by few or new travel consultants. Especially the travel consultant called Ms. Sumaira is making massive damage to your reputation. she is lack of professionalism, rude behaving, inexperienced, misguiding, not a trustworthy person. not listening to the customer requirement. completely disappointing. I am facing huge inconvenience and problem only because of Ms. Sumaira. So Dear Zabeel Team you let your customer suffer and you made the person who made mistakes walk away. Dear Zabeel - Please train your team with some SOPs and professionalism and some corporate structure by giving them formal attires to step up your business in the next level. Note: Madam Mariya is always a lifesaver. But I wonder how long she can rescue her bad staff.”

“Changing visa fee structure one week after accepting the applications and payments does not show a strong professionalism. Didn’t proceed at all with the payment, then why delay with the refunds? Had big expectations from you all but much disappointed.”

“You screwed up my application and asking for a feedback now. Insane. Inexperienced staff, misguiding customers. I asked to apply for a HK visa after I tried my self to register myself for pre-arrival. But that didn’t go through. I gave the job to you guys. I had to deal with Zaid Shaikh who knows nothing about this industry. He misguided as he will apply for me e-visa. He tried the same as what I tried myself “pre-arrival registration”. It went unsuccessful. You guys didn’t refund my money also saying fees is not refundable. This is not the way to earn money. There are many other cheap ways to earn money than this. I will never recommend Zabeel Star to anybody. I will give the same feedback everywhere.”

“The lady (Ms. Sumaira) was a bit rude on the phone. When asked for slight change in the Application form. The customer wouldn't know that its meant to be that way, as i am applying for turkish visa for the very first time. Its the responsibility of the agent to advise in a calm way and not being rude. Would definitely not recommend Zabeel to any of my friends in future. Thanks Azra”

“Please disregard my previous review. Ms. Sumaria is doing her best to help me. There is miscommunication between both parties. I do appreciate all her efforts and time to fix the issue on my visa processing. I do recommend her because of her. She is doing her best to help me. Thank you.”

“Ive applied to Austria with your agency and the embassy asked to provide the "travel itinerary" and a real flight booking. ive just wasted my money with your service for nothing and more delay in the process.”

“You have let me down considerably on my request for China Visa. You have not provided any proof of application which makes me strongly believe that my application was not even submitted for visa at China consulate. I have easily obtained visa on same passport through other reputed agency. So if you are genuine i need full refund of the fees that very falsely charged to me.”

“The service is okay however they have the ultimate fake advertising. They claim that a visa would cost you AED 300-400 in theor website, once I contacted them and applied they asked for AED 750. I mentioned to them that the ad said something different however they justify it with “Oh but you are from this nationality and it should cost you double”. They ended up sending me the driver for collection who asked for AED 770 instead of the previously given amount of 750. Saying that this is for VAT. I wonder how does VAT work in Embassies too! If you apply through them, my advise is, do not pay them until they bring your passport back, do not do what I did and pay in advance so you won’t end up chasing them to deliver your passport to you, which I still did not receive.”

Dear Hussain, Thank you for your review and rating. Please come and collect full refund if what you mentioned is true. We do not charge VAT on embassy Fee check your invoice. Our website say's 750 same as you charged.
