“The best part of applying for visa through a travel agent is to avoid the queue system in the embassy. My experience with Zabeel star was not good. I have accepted all charges they asked for (Visa fees + processing fees + VAT). However when I came to pay by credit card they asked me to pay extra 3% as a credit card charges which is against the low. I explained to them this charges is not legal however they insisted to collect this charges. I had no other option but to raise a complaint to the economic department and then file a case in the police station to be able for me to collect my passport. Following to the police case, they accepted the payment without the 3% charges and returned the passport. The 3% is a very small amount in comparison to the total amount i paid to get the visa but I don’t accept paying illegal or incorrect amount.”

Thank you For your review Hassan. We have rectified your issue and your visa was delivered as per agreed time. there was no police or economy department involved. I did not receive any call from them. We always corporate with officials regularly.

“I placed two passports. One of the passport service was slower than accepted. In the google add placed by Zabeel, price written was 280 for Thai visa but I was charged 300 Aed which is not right. I was told add period is over but the add was still advertised in google which I showed to the Zabeel staff but did not help. I will not retain Zabeel's service again due to this price representation issue.”

“I paid 800 AED cost for my wife visa in vain because I did not get the full information at the beginning. The team has to clarify all issues related to visa issuance before starting work with the client. for example I asked for 6 months visa to Turkey and got only 3 months visa that will not work with me!! The cost and duration of the visa must be clearly mentioned to clients from start to end including VFS and embassy fees. Of course I will not deal with Zaabeel start again. I gave it poor evaluation but actually it deserves less”

“خدمتكم سيئه للاسف معلومات حجز الفندق غير صحيحه و أيضا ورقه عدم الممانعه للسفر غير صحيحه ولن اتعامل معكم مره أخرى Your service is unfortunately bad Information hotel reservation is incorrect and also the paper is not going to travel is not correct and will not deal with you again”

“The lady (Ms. Sumaira) was a bit rude on the phone. When asked for slight change in the Application form. The customer wouldn't know that its meant to be that way, as i am applying for turkish visa for the very first time. Its the responsibility of the agent to advise in a calm way and not being rude. Would definitely not recommend Zabeel to any of my friends in future. Thanks Azra”

“The service is okay however they have the ultimate fake advertising. They claim that a visa would cost you AED 300-400 in theor website, once I contacted them and applied they asked for AED 750. I mentioned to them that the ad said something different however they justify it with “Oh but you are from this nationality and it should cost you double”. They ended up sending me the driver for collection who asked for AED 770 instead of the previously given amount of 750. Saying that this is for VAT. I wonder how does VAT work in Embassies too! If you apply through them, my advise is, do not pay them until they bring your passport back, do not do what I did and pay in advance so you won’t end up chasing them to deliver your passport to you, which I still did not receive.”

Dear Hussain, Thank you for your review and rating. Please come and collect full refund if what you mentioned is true. We do not charge VAT on embassy Fee check your invoice. Our website say's 750 same as you charged.
