“I am extremely disappointed with zabeel star services as they put the wrong information in my application which caused refusal of my Visa. Even after giving them the correct information they still ruined my application. The manager at abu hail office in particular was rude to me and he ignored me when I was explaining to him that the mistake happened from zabeels side. Instead of understanding and being remorseful about the mistake he was rude to me and was not respecting me as the customer. In future I will never use zabeel star services again and I will also inform all friends and family never to use your services. Please stop contacting me via email and phone and remove my details from your listing”

“The person who helped us to prepare all documentation for the UK VISA, was Ms.Malou and she did an awesome job. She knew all the information required and uploaded all documents for the VISA purpose and when we went to submit the same, VFS never asked us anything else. Her knowledge on documentation was fantastic and would highly recommend services from Zabeel and Malou to all my friends. Regards, Srini Dibbur”

“Applied for a visa thru them. First they confirmed one date then changed to another. We booked ticket and still they did not get the visa done. When called everyone in staff told we will call back our pro is out for collection. Within spzn of full day they not cared to call back and say it will not be ready. We were busy sorry . These reply doesn't cover losses .they dhud be more responsible....... Highly unprofessional way”
