“I am very disappointed with the service i got from you guys. I applied for Thailand visa and i didn’t got any call regarding my visa process i was calling them everyday and they told me that they gonna call me and inform me regarding the process and after 10 day i call them again and inquiry about the visa they told me that it is already there and I can collect it from the office. When I call them for the first time they told me that it is free pickup and drop off service but now they are saying me that i have to go to their office and collect it, as there is no free drop off service but in their official website it is mentioned clearly about the service free pickup and free drop off. I am very disappointed about the service i got from these agency. And they are telling me that I cannot apply Thailand visa by my own I have to go through the agency thats the only way I can get visa. I paid the AED 349 + 5% VAT for them for only applying the Visa. It is not fair, Visa for Thailand cost only AED 150 and rest is for the agency but only for pickup service and applying.”

thank you for your feedback, We are glade your visa is approved. yes our charges is 350/- including our service fee and pick, it is mentioned in your invoice before purchasing our service. “First of all,when I called your agent ( Sumara)she told me bring some documents which is not complete. I need to brings bank statement due to my income. She should mention in first place.also the payment,I like to use my debit card and she said it will cost 9.50 AED for transaction. It doesn't make sense.”

“Mr Aldrich from Zabeel Star helped us to obtain our first ever Schengen visa. Before that we even had a rejection but with his guidance and documents we were able to obtain Switzerland visa and visited Switzerland and France! “Good service. Only I have one comment, fees of collect and dropback document is high and no body inform me, that there is charge for this service so I pickup my document by my self. So if you make this service free I think you will get more customer.. Thanks”
