“I wish I could give you a zero, it's amazing how many people have complained about Sumaira and you have continued to employ her and ruin your reputation further. We had been doing business with you for last 2 years but unfortunately you have lost us as a customer. Very very unprofessional, and you should never be a part of an industry where customer service is the highest priority. I will never recommend you guys to anyone ever.”

“Dear Zabeel Team I am a two years old customer with you, but I never faced problems like now before. All your reputation earned by hard work is being damaged by few or new travel consultants. Especially the travel consultant called Ms. Sumaira is making massive damage to your reputation. she is lack of professionalism, rude behaving, inexperienced, misguiding, not a trustworthy person. not listening to the customer requirement. completely disappointing. I am facing huge inconvenience and problem only because of Ms. Sumaira. So Dear Zabeel Team you let your customer suffer and you made the person who made mistakes walk away. Dear Zabeel - Please train your team with some SOPs and professionalism and some corporate structure by giving them formal attires to step up your business in the next level. Note: Madam Mariya is always a lifesaver. But I wonder how long she can rescue her bad staff.”

Thank you Mohammed for your Feedback, We are completely align with your comment and we are glad the visa is issued after Supervisor involvement. We are going to revamp our training and board more Customer Experience materials to boost our satisfactions.

“Changing visa fee structure one week after accepting the applications and payments does not show a strong professionalism. Didn’t proceed at all with the payment, then why delay with the refunds? Had big expectations from you all but much disappointed.”

“You screwed up my application and asking for a feedback now. Insane. Inexperienced staff, misguiding customers. I asked to apply for a HK visa after I tried my self to register myself for pre-arrival. But that didn’t go through. I gave the job to you guys. I had to deal with Zaid Shaikh who knows nothing about this industry. He misguided as he will apply for me e-visa. He tried the same as what I tried myself “pre-arrival registration”. It went unsuccessful. You guys didn’t refund my money also saying fees is not refundable. This is not the way to earn money. There are many other cheap ways to earn money than this. I will never recommend Zabeel Star to anybody. I will give the same feedback everywhere.”

“The lady (Ms. Sumaira) was a bit rude on the phone. When asked for slight change in the Application form. The customer wouldn't know that its meant to be that way, as i am applying for turkish visa for the very first time. Its the responsibility of the agent to advise in a calm way and not being rude. Would definitely not recommend Zabeel to any of my friends in future. Thanks Azra”
