“I have been buying from Zalando for many years and never had any real issues other than being sent the wrong sizes from time to time... Until recently. I have not received the correct refund for the last 3 refunds. I send the products back and they only refund me for some of the items. The first time it happened, I was convinced that the delivery company stole some of my items before sending it back but it happened 2 more times. They eventually refunded me the money each time but I can tell they think I'm lying. I'm also annoyed that I have to spend quite a lot of time calling them and explaining and waiting on the line while they sort it out. I never had this issue and recently. Now, I have no confidence with them and will not buy from them again as I'm afraid that if it happens again they may not refund my money, as has happened with other people. Not sure what has happened to them but it's very disappointing.”

“Delivery times are not at all what is promised when you are ordering. It would be fairer not to promise delivery in 1-3 days when its actually more than one week.”

“Late delivery 🤔My order took one week before arrival, I ordered on 9th May and it got delivered on 16th May.. meanwhile the delivery date was supposed to be between 11th-14th May..”

“Your review counts! You reviewed www.zalando.co.uk Add photo Agnieszka Winkiewicz 1 review 2 stars: Poor Just now Still owed money 6 months after wrong item sent. I have used Zalando a few times before but it always takes a long time for everything to get done. My last order I got sent the wrong size and when I contacted them that i really wanted to have the item and it was on sale when i bought it they told me to just return it and that's it, i wasnt offered to be sent a replacement. The store which is one of the points where you can drop off the package couldn't take the package because their system wasnt working. Eventually i found a place where I could send the package back but i still haven't been returned the money owed me and it's been 6 months. I will definitely not use this website ever again.”

“I PLACED 2 ORDERS, ONE WAS TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE XMASS AND THE OTHER JUST AFTER XMASS,NONE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO DATE! I AM IN SPAIN AND ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEM TO DO IS GIVE ME A DISCOUNT VOUCHER AND TELL ME THEY WILL CONTACT PUNTO CELERITAS BUT NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME USING ZALANDO THAT I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ORDERING IT.I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND SO FREAKIN FRUSTRATED!PREVIOUSLY THEY USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DELIVER AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ENVIALIA,NOW IM JUST FREAKIN FRUSTRATED!”
