“Beware, UK Buyers I ordered from Zamnesia and, despite receiving a discount, they declared the full retail price on the customs paperwork instead of the amount I actually paid. This misrepresentation triggered £57 in unnecessary customs charges from UPS/HMRC, which I had no choice but to pay to release my parcel. When I raised this with Zamnesia, they refused to refund me and only offered a voucher, which is not acceptable — I suffered a real financial loss because of their error. I’ve since had to escalate this through my bank under Section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit Act for misrepresentation. If you’re in the UK, be aware: ordering from this company could leave you with unexpected, inflated customs charges that they won’t take responsibility for.”

“Buying my seeds from Zamesia has been a great experience. Not only do they stand behind their product they actually care about the customer experience. I had some trouble germinating a few seeds. They not only replaced the seeds for free, but also offered some advice as to help with my next batch of seeds. Thanks Zamesia!”
