“Bonjour, Pour ce qui est des gros sites internet, et pour moi qui ai boycotté la "Sensi seed bank",je trouve que ZAMNÉSIA est 1 site au top,avec tout ce qu’il faut pour les growers/brevets,mais aussi pour les gens qui combattent le trafic,comme moi,mais qui cherchent à ouvrir des portes de mon cerveau,et pour l’auto-production...Pour les autres aussi,mais je ne cherche plus à faire d’argent avec les psychotropes depuis longtemps, par contre je troqué,donc ça me permets de faire quelques connaissances qui peuvent êtres sympas,rare de nos jours...À chaque erreur ou problème avec 1 article, ils sont là,et ils assurent vraiment!...Ils m’ont dit de marquer ce qu’il ne va pas,alors sur 3-4ans,j’ai eu 1 herma,sur 1 gelato ou runtz qui m’a donné 1 quinzaine de graines gelato ×skittlez=runtz,ou 1 runtz×skittlez(runtz+),d’ailleurs j’ai mis 3 graines à partir, ADVIENNE QUE POURRA... Et j’ai eu 1 ou 2 fois 1 erreur de boîte de graines, banana sherbert auto lieu de monkey glue(growers choice) et 1 autre,mais soit je n’ai rien dit, vu leur gentillesse, soit ils m’ont envoyé ce qui manquait...Mais à chaque fois j’ai été plus que satisfait,et leurs champis et cactus sont de très bonne qualité... THX FOR ALL PS : JE RECOMMANDE ZAMNÉSIA MÊME SI JE N’AIME PAS L’AMNESIA,QUI A POURTANT ÉTÉ CRÉÉ SOUS MES YEUX À CÔTÉ DE MAAS... POUR LES DÉBUTANTS COMME POUR LES GROWERS CONFIRMÉS,C’EST LE TOP... SI IL Y’A 1 CHOSE À CHANGER,C’EST DE POUVOIR ACHETER LES GRAINES PAR 25-50 ET 100,MAIS DE TTES FAÇONS, VU LES RÉDUCTIONS,ÇA FERA TOUJOURS 1 PRIX TRES ABORDABLE...GREG”

“I submitted cancellation requests through all available forms on Zamnesia's website within 15 minutes of placing the order. Despite this, the order was still shipped to the wrong country. Now I'm forced to spend a lot of time and effort trying to fix a situation that could have been easily avoided if their support team had acted promptly. There is no proper cancellation option on the website, and the lack of clear return instructions makes everything worse. This is an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend the service based on how poorly this was handled.”
